The plugin may store visitor name, email, phone, consent status, calculator answers, quote value, recommendation, UTM data, referring URL, landing URL and hashed technical request information.
Where data is stored
WPQuoteCal stores plugin data in the WordPress database of the website where it is installed. Site owners control their own database, retention policy and exports.
Website analytics and contact
WPQuoteCal.com may collect basic contact messages, support emails and ordinary server logs needed to operate the website.
Third-party services
If a site owner enables webhooks, email, WhatsApp, payment processors or CRM tools, data may be sent to those configured services under the site owner's responsibility.
Security
The plugin uses WordPress capabilities, nonce checks, sanitized inputs and protected PDF storage paths. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
